Job Description Creation and Evaluation

Work with staff to create new or evaluate existing job descriptions to ensure:

  • Compliance with Florida Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements

  • Appropriateness of job title

  • Accurate description of job duties and essential functions

  • Strategic statement of requirements of education, experience and knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)

Employee Performance Evaluations
